GJH Koło is a modern forging shop which designs and manufactures freely forged forgings that meet the Customer’s needs. We also make pre-finished components in accordance with the attached technical documentation.

We work closely with the engineering staff of Polish institutes, including: the Institute for Ferrous Metallurgy, the Rail Vehicles Institute, the PKP Cargo and Intercity support office, which allowed us to introduce a number of improvements, for instance on the railway market.

The GJH Koło forging shop has one of the most modern heat treatment divisions. We offer our forgings in the following states: normalized, softened and improved with hardening in a polymer solution.

In 2014, we gained other certificates as a recognized manufacturer of components on the rail market, i.e. rail axes in grades EA1 and EA4, carburized / induction hardened / laser hardened sprockets. The GJH Koło Forging shop is also a recognized manufacturer of hollow shafts.
