The GJH-KOŁO quality policy stems from the adopted strategy of maintaining and improving the high level of product quality i.e. freely forged forgings, raw and rough-turned, carbon steels, alloy steels, structural steels, machine steels and steels with special properties, offered in the metallurgical industry.
Our activities are and will continue to be tailored to the ever-changing needs of our customers and aimed at meeting their needs and legal and regulatory requirements.
Every GJH-KOŁO employee is responsible for quality and understands the requirements of these responsibilities and the consequences of not meeting them. They employees are familiar with the tasks and objectives of the company and their role in their implementation and are aware of the Quality Policy of the company and work on its fulfillment.
The main lines of the GJH-KOŁO Forging shop quality policy in achieving its objectives are as follows:
- the quality level is set by our customers and their thoroughly recognized and meticulously met requirements;
- conscious effort towards the highest quality from the very first contact with the customer;
- implementation of the 'first attempt satisfaction' principle in conjunction with the principle of informed self-control at each workstation;
- ordering of materials and services from reliable and recognized suppliers;
- provision of products and services in accordance with applicable legal requirements and regulations;
- continuous improvement of qualifications of the whole staff;
- the management’s encouragement and direct supervision of the quality management system improvements through periodic inspections of said system, management of audits and monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of designated corrective measures and other methods of improvement;
- maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system as described in the quality manual of GJH-KOŁO Forging shop
All of the objectives of the Quality Policy mentioned above are connected with the quality management system and based on the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, which guarantee constant development of the company, better adaptation to the changing conditions and, consequently, even better fulfillment of the customers’ requirements.
